Get your mind, body, and soul ready for the school year by joining Meg, Executive Director of Shine Your Light CT, in a 3-Week Yoga Series! Light a fire in your core, and also within yourself! This series will help you practice self-care and make sure to put yourself first as you gear up for going back to school. During the practice, Meg will encourage you to follow your heart, find what feels good, and to dig deep within yourself. Through yoga and mindfulness, you will receive an environment where you feel open to come as you are; let go of the rest of your day, and enjoy every moment – pose by pose.
