The course covers the basics of Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Participants will learn how to apply Agile principles to real-world projects, understand how Agile teams work, and learn how to plan and execute Agile projects using techniques such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
