Girls age 13-17 are invited to attend this four-part series to navigate through some of the major struggles of being a teenage girl. Participants will learn about self-care, how to use coping skills, and more in this series. Please indicate on the registration form which sessions you will attend.

All participants will receive a summer reading prize entry for each session they attend.

Session 1: Poppin' Off (July 19)- Learn how to use coping skills to deal with major stressors in a teen girl's life.

Session 2: Using Protection (July 26)- Learn how to keep yourself safe when forming relationships online, through social media, or when texting friends and partners.

Session 3: Selfie Care (Aug 2)- Learn how to identify what self-care is, why it's important, and how to achieve it.

Session 4: Spillin' the Tea (Aug 9)- Get answers to those questions you've always been too afraid to ask in this safe and non-judgmental space.

This program is presented in partnership with Wallingford Youth and Social Services.
