Join us for a Yin Yoga series led by certified yoga teacher & practitioner Erin Brea! In this three-part introduction, students will get to explore the physical benefits of Yin Yoga as well as how it can help us energetically, emotionally, and mentally. Yin Yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body. This is in contrast to a Yang Yoga practice such as Vinyasa Yoga which targets the muscles and can be intense. Participants should bring a yoga mat, strap and/or block if they have them.
By registering for the first class, patrons will register for all three workshops in the series. Please make sure you are available to attend on all three dates before signing up. Registration is required; adult patrons may sign up below!
