Wallingford Public Library Assoc. 144th Annual Meeting: “What Love Is” by Ubuntu Storytellers

After a brief business meeting, join us in listening to captivating stories that will engage your heart and expand your imagination! The stories are performed by multiple tellers who will engage you in a slice of their life. The stories reflect ways of being that have been passed down intentionally or cellularly from family members who have come before. The ancestors. They are stories of the many ways we are loved in our Black and Brown communities. These are not lectures or historical reenactments. They are lived stories told from the heart. While stories are told by artists who identify as Black or Brown ancestry, you will find yourself, no matter your ancestry, in many of the stories. There is no registration required to attend!
