Amy Bloom is the author of four novels: White Houses, Lucky Us, Away and Love Invents Us and three collections of short stories: Where the God Of Love Hangs Out, Come to Me–which was a finalist for the National Book Award–and A Blind Man Can See How Much I Love You, which was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. Her most recent book is the New York Times-bestselling In Love, a memoir about her husband's devastating diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease in 2019. Bloom's work has been translated into fifteen languages. She is the Shapiro-Silverberg Professor of Creating Writing at Wesleyan University and lives in Stony Creek, Connecticut.

Bloom will be joining us to talk about In Love, answer questions, and sign copies of the book, which will be available for purchase at the event.
